Mrs Madhuparna Andrews received the award on 22nd August 2026 at the Deputy Speaker’s Room in the Constitution Club, Parliament Street, New Delhi. The prestigious award was presented by the erudite and distinguished Lt. General Z. S. Dhillon (Retd.).
